This week I plan to do some intentional exercise so hopefully I will have some GREAT SUCCESS next Wednesday haha :)

6 pounds!! WOW! That's AWESOME!

I am so proud of you, and amazed at losing that much weight in one week!

My weight, however, is NOT budging...Maybe the scale is not working?? I'm doing well, eating better, still walking (fast) 60 minutes/3 miles a day/7 days a week. (I think I will replace the battery on the scale too, just to make sure!)

Keep up the great work!! I hope you are feeling good and very proud of yourself!

Wow 6 pounds is great. I am jealous--maybe I should be trying too-instead of making cupcakes for my own birthday. By the way if you got me a scale for my birthday I will pound you. (-: As that will mean I have to participate in WIW.

Marlina I hate when "you" work so hard and the scales don't budge. But with all the walking you are doing too maybe you are building muscles?? That is what I need to do! 3 miles a day is so great! I am excited about the weight loss....I have a LOT to lose haha but this is encouraging. Sure helps posting here. I have never before given my "weight numbers" out...I guess I must be serious this time haha :) Thanks again..

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
