Weigh in Wednesday

Last weeks weight was 277 lbs

This weeks weight is 274.5 lbs

____________

2.5 lbs Loss

I had a good week... introducing back the treadmill and weights. No problems with Cheating at all. Thankfully I seemed to be past the "sugar cravings".

So far I have lost 10.5 lbs. I measured myself again today and my numbers came out that I have lost 17.25 inches. Before you gasp hahaah I measured everything possible. haha Wrist, ankles, shoulders, everything. I am so encouraged...no reason to stop. :) Also, my blood pressure was 120/66 last I checked. For me that is incredible.

Please encourage me by posting your weight success, challenges!

How do you overcome the sugar cravings?

I really appreciate the encouragement! I am currently doing the "Carbohydrate Addicts Diet" lol In just a few days of starting this "diet" your cravings completely leave. From what I understand, its something with the insulin release in your body. But if you aren't "addicted" to carbs then the diet isn't for you. I basically eat normal.. just not psycho like before. Protein for breakfast and lunch, then dinner is whatever i want for 1 hour. No magic.. I drink lots of water..and try to get the treadmill in. The biggest thing about this diet that I love most is that I am really NOT depriving myself..

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
