A Very Disappointing 0.5 lb gain!

Well, I don't know why I went up 1/2 lb.. I haven't cheated one bit since April 7th. So I guess this is just not a "Banner Week" for me. Next week will be better!!! If I were on the Biggest Loser I would be in so much trouble for gaining ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

You're doing great! Nice blog, too. You know what worked for me once? I did not eat anything at all after 6pm. During the day, I ate whatever I wanted. Also, I did Richard Simmons floor exercises at the same time, every day for about an hour. It worked great, and I did not feel hungry at all, nor deprived. If you don't eat after 6pm, your body has a chance to get rid of it. :)

Oh that is a good idea. I think I have heard that before about Not eating after a certain time..but I always forget. I will try that I definitely eat TOOO late. Thanks!

Good for you for being so brave about posting your weight loss journey! I just saw your weightloss wednesday today so I will definitely try to join up next wednesday!

Don't let the .5 lb gain discourage you! Everyone has a week where a half pound of so sneaks in unexpectedly.

I found your site again! YAY! I lost it and have been typing in everything I could think of to find you! (Found you on Crystals' page again!)
Anyway, sorry to hear the scale wasn't nice to you this week, but maybe you gained muscle!! I don't know if you remember, but I have been working out for almost 9 weeks now, EVERY day, and the scale wasn't budging....But this week I have lost 2 lbs. so far!! FINALLY!! So, all this to say, hang in there, something truly is happening, I'm sure!!

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
