Weigh in Wednesday

Another week..Another weigh in.. lol 1.5 lbs... better than "0"! I hope to be at 250 by next Wednesday...(I hope). It is going to be "wicked" hot this week in Nevada, so maybe I'll sweat out some more pounds lol

Congrats on your success in your weight loss journey...I'm pregnant with #2 right now, but come next year, I'll need to jump on that bandwagon too. I had about 25 pounds that I would like to lose before getting pregnant. I'm determined to get it off after this baby's born - I was a total slacker after my 1st was born! Anyway - keep up the great work!

Tara, dont forget to drink as much water as you can - try for a gallong a day, especially when it is hot!!!! You will find that you lose more if you keep yourself well hydrated. I drink a gallon in the two to four hours I am at the gym and probably close to a second gallon during the rest of the day.

Tara, you've made some great progress in the last two weeks! I am so excited for you! I came back from vacation with a four pound gain (sigh). The good news is that since I got back on Saturday, I've shed two of those four. So, I'm getting there. I'm not giving up. Gonna keep going for it! I don't think my goal of 188lbs by July 18th is going to happen. So, I'll be considering a new short term goal. Congrats to you on your success! Pray for my success! I'm going take the previous commentor's advice and down some water :)

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
