Aloha Friday

An Island Life is hosting Aloha Friday! I thought it would be fun to participate! She asked the question:

Which television season premier are you looking forward to the most?"

My Answer:

I am most looking forward to Greys Anatomy and Lost!!

Ok Here is my question for you:

Do you think Diet Soda is worse to drink then full strength regular Soda?

I neglected to put my answer to my own question down lol I Think they both are bad lol I was drinking diet soda well more than one a day for a while until I started having stomach cramps ect.. The day I stopped the diet soda is the day my stomach cramps stopped. So I try not to drink the diet. But then the Regular has the high fructose corn syrup YUCK. They taste soooo good though. I wonder if Hansen soda is healthier?

Head over to An Island Life to link your blog to Aloha Friday!

According to my Rhuematologist it is the kiss of death along with ANY other type of preservative or chemically altered additive.

I agree that neither one of them are very good for you at all. Unfortunately I drink more diet than I used to - something I'm hoping to change. :)

If it isn't worse, than it is just as bad. Especially for your teeth!

I gave up caffeinated beverages, including diet soda over 10 years ago. My headaches have gone and never better. From time to time I crave a soda and have a regular Sprite. I figure the sugar is better for me than all of the artificial ones.

Have a great weekend!

I really do not know if one is worse than the other. I do not drink any soda at all...haven't even tasted it in probably 5+ years.

Umm...I am looking forward to several shows...The Office, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory...I did not start watching Grey's until the middle of last season. My friend let me borrow all the seasons on DVD to watch when I had surgery. So, I did not see any of last season. I will catch up once it comes out on DVD. I do enjoy it though.

I don't really drink soda very often...but when I do it is never the diet kind. Not because I think it is bad, but because I think it tastes like feet.

Diet soda tastes different too me. I prefer to drink regular soda. Even though I am trying to drink less soda and more water.

I'm not a big soda drinker, but I think they're both bad; especially the diet. I'd rather have real sugar than the aspartame and other artificial sweeteners.

Thanks for visiting my blog. I think I forgot to mention my most addicting hobby-BLOGGING :)

Yes, I've heard people saying that. I used to drink a lot of those diet sodas but it's been a month since I've had any.

I heard that Diet is worst than regular. But I have no idea since I don't drink either. Give me a White Chocolate Mocha any day!

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
