Weigh in Wednesday










Finally, I lost something!!!!!!!! haha 1 lb...well it's something! If I can just get out of the "240's" I will be ever so thrilled! How did you do this week? Feel free to comment with your progress or link up to Mr Linky below!

Great job. I am reading that book. Very interesting. I am in need of ideas for the complementary meals. I am hungry right now and can only think of carbs that I want to eat :) grrr

Hey Monica.. if you are still in the beginning stages of the diet..it is very difficult.. if you can get thru the first few days you will make it lol Breakfast: Eggs.. anyway you want to fix them. You can have bacon or sausage or meat of some kind too. And one cup of coffee.
Lunch: Well, Salad of course, vegies (not carrots) and a meat of some kind. I make tuna salad with 1 tablespoon of mayonaise. Or chicken salad. Or sometimes I use BBQ sauce instead. YOu can have a little low fat cheese with it as well. You will be surprised after a time how you don't care about the variety anymore lol basically you won't care at all because You won't be thinking about food like you use too. AT least this is what i have found,

What do you put the tuna on? Can't have bread or crackers.....grrr...I am getting grouchy :P

haha Monica.. believe me I understand. I don't think my husband wanted to be around me the first week i started this Carb thing lol No you cannot have bread lol or crackers.. they are CARBS what will happen is it will only make you crave more carbs if you eat that. I usually just have my tuna or chicken in a bowl or on top of salad. It is a change I know.. I used to eat everything I could find lol

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
