What's your special talent?


My Answer is:

I have a lot of things I enjoy doing, but nothing I that I do, can I call exceptional! lol I am a work in progress! (crochet, baking, cake decorating)


My Question for you is:

Do you exercise in the Morning, Afternoon, or Evening? Or do you exercise lol

I try whenever I can. With kids.. my days are so unpredictable!!! Normally, I exercise late at night!

I'm with you! I will do it any time I get a chance. The other night I was trying to calm the baby down and was doing squats. She liked it. lol

Exercise? What's that? =P

I don't need to lose weight, I just need to tone. But that requires targeted work. And when you can barely have time to shower...well...let's just say crunches aren't too high on my to-do list on those days. Eat breakfast & look sane is =P

sometimes morning (on weekends), sometimes evening (on weekdays) but honestly I have not stepped on my treadmill for weeks!

Well...I think about it all the time. I just don't actually do it. I got a yoga tape once 10 years ago. I watched it once, while eating a bowl of doritos (just to see what it was like - the Yoga)

I don't need to lose weight, but that doesn't negate the fact that exercise is still important. I really should do it more often.

Right now I am really trying to figure out the right time to sneak some exercise in. We own Wii Fit, but I am just too tired at night to do it once the kids are in bed. I think I am just going to have to try it now that the cooler weather is here.

Ummmm....exercise is evil! LOL! I havent been doing as much as I should! My kid has developed a phobia and wont stay in the childrens area at the gym anymore..so we dont go! Its getting a little cooler now, so I have been putting him in his wagon in the mornings and walking around the neighborhood before it gets hot! And then sometimes I walk with my mom at night! LOL..so my answer is whenever I squeeze it in!

I usually exercise in the morning and those times are few and far between.

I haven't exercised for several months now...but when I do exercise I do it in the morning. It just feels so good to get it out of the way =).

I drop off the preschooler and then I walk with the toddler in a stroller. Keep up the good excercise work!!!!

I exercise all day everyday. It's called chasing after the 3 monkeys, and man am I tired!!!! Other than that, nope not exercise! Opps!

Ha...well, Scott and I walk around the block at work 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the afternoon...does that count?

I try to get in at least 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning. My 2 year old is usually playing and a lot more cooperative in the mornings!

I pick up and carry around a 225 lb. carcass all day. Does this count? :)

I don't do daily exercises but I really should. I play badminton once a week.

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
