I am always looking for new ground breaking ways to lose weight lol New eating programs... New exercise regiments that won't kill me.. New ways to make water taste better.. lol Not too long ago I came across a exercise program called T-Tapp. I actually read about it on other blogs. I started it a couple of months.. ago.. then stopped grrrr.. but I am going to start again today!!! For the short time I used T-Tapp.. I found the program so easy to follow..
