This has certainly not been an easy week!!! I think I'll blame it on my hours spent on trying to enter the endless list of bloggy giveaways for Bloggy Carnival week lol Seriously, I have exercised quite a bit. I could and will do better. But as they say, the scales don't lie do they??

That is OK!!! Everyone has been so encouraging this week.. I appreciate all the wonderful comments.. really has given me a boost! No more excuses.. for me. This week, my goal is to exercise everyday! Even if that is just doing the treadmill for 30 minutes. No skipping. Here I am watching the Biggest Loser.. and typing here during commercials.. All these great eating and exercise tips!! Why am I sitting here typing and not doing something more active???
