Weigh In Wednesday!!

This has certainly not been an easy week!!! I think I'll blame it on my hours spent on trying to enter the endless list of bloggy giveaways for Bloggy Carnival week lol Seriously, I have exercised quite a bit. I could and will do better. But as they say, the scales don't lie do they??
Last Week's Weight:
This Week's Weight:
260 (GRRRR)
No loss!!!!!!!!!
That is OK!!! Everyone has been so encouraging this week.. I appreciate all the wonderful comments.. really has given me a boost! No more excuses.. for me. This week, my goal is to exercise everyday! Even if that is just doing the treadmill for 30 minutes. No skipping. Here I am watching the Biggest Loser.. and typing here during commercials.. All these great eating and exercise tips!! Why am I sitting here typing and not doing something more active???
Until next week.. I will hopefully be able to report my exercise consistent!
Feel free to link up your success or not so successful weigh in this week!!!

I stumbled upon your blog last week and I have truly enjoyed reading about your weight loss journey. I am on that same journey. It is a long, rocky road! I have dieted my entire life!! This time it is about a lifestyle change. I have had some discouraging moments, like you, but I am committed to making my life better and longer!! I lost 1 pound this week...ahhhh

Hey have you ever considered doing the six week body makeover? It is a small increment of time (You can keep doing 6 week installments or you can maintain for 6 weeks and then go back on for six weeks)

It is lower carb, low sugar and low sodium. Unfortunately for a cheesehead very low dairy. But I am liking the plan. You eat every 2-3 hours to help boost your metabolism. I have lost 3 pounds in two days! I like those kind of results.

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
