Aloha Friday!

My Question:


Do you watch The Biggest Loser? If so what do you tend to do during the 2 hours? Exercise? Eat? Fold Laundry? Dream about being skinny?



My Answer:




LOL I asked because.. lately I have talked to different people who watch The Biggest Loser and have all told me they are so motivated while watching..but then tend to watch it with a big bowl of ice cream on their lap LOL I try to do the exercises that jullian suggests you know during the commercials..but I have been guilty of a treat or two while watching it lol

I haven't been watching this season but I have watched in the past. I usually fold laundry while I watch tv. Unfortunately, the Biggest Loser never motivated me to exercise. I used to walk on my treadmill so that was my excuse for not trying out the suggested exercises now I have no excuse and still don't do it. :)

I love biggest loser, it is so motivating but I work nights and I don't record it because I know that I dont have time to sit down and watch it. But before working nights, I would just sit there and if I ate anything it would be some fruit but it comes on after dinner for us.

I am usually on the computer when I watch tv, probably blogging. I do watch that show but if American Idol is on at the same time, I watch AI.

I like watching Biggest Loser, but I've missed the newest season since American Idol has started. I usually just get done from working out when it comes on, so I'm usually exhausted.

I have caught it a few times. Don't watch it regularly. But when I do watch TV, yeah I munch on food.

I haven't been watching it - but I know if I did I'd get sucked in. I would probably just sit and watch it though, maybe read. Try not to eat after dinner (not always easy!). Good luck with your weight loss!

I am usually trying to settle my little guy to sleep. Once he settles I do some knitting or blogging while watching. Hubby usually exercises at night, but I just can not do it.

I used to love watching the Biggest Loser, but lately I haven't had much time for t.v.--whe I did watch, I would try and pick up some things around the room. I can't sit still--I need to multitask

If I watched it (I can't because I feel too sorry for some that have to leave), I would probably surf the web and eat popcorn (light on the butter). :)

I've been watching and I can honestly say I haven't been eating during the show. Luckily I have a baby and I usually have to feed him.. lol!

I haven't watched The Biggest Loser in a long time. When I watch TV I've usually got my Laptop going too .. I'm a multi-tasker!

I'm usually eating dinner when I watch it. It's better than snacking.

I do not watch that show but when I watch TV I tend to fold laundry, work on my laptop, or sit on the couch and do nothing!

I also meant to tell you that Ps. 27 is one of my very favorite passages. I spent about 6 months studying it, reading it everyday and meditating on it. I often pray it back to the Lord as a prayer of worship and praise. Blessings.

I don't watch it much. :) I would be eating ice cream if I did, though. Not because I think they go together. Just because, that's my night time snack whenever possible.

I have seen the show before. I'm not really a tv fan. I would rather listen to music and be at my computer the whole day.

I usually am at the gym during the first hour of the show. I don't have cable at home so I watch the recaps later in the week.

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
