I am so late getting this WFMW post out!!! Busy day! I wanted to share a couple of simple, lowfat snacks that I found really help curb the cravings. Sweet Cravings that is.. lol :)
Have you heard of Gogurt? They are actually for kids. My son is in love with them! I tried one
the other day.. and couldn't believe how yummy they were. I then experimented with one in the freezer..oh my word.. it was heavenly.. and the good news is??? I
t's only 70 calories!
My second snack: I fill a blender up about 2/3 of the way with crushed ice. Pour about 1 cup or less of fat free Milk. Then I choose what I want to add... depends on what I have on hand. I usually like chocolate. So
chocolate syrup or powder mix. Not a lot. If you want a little coffee flavor you can mix a little coffee in with it.. I mean
really little like just a tablespoon or two. The taste of the chocolate and coffee is very subtle, but my word.. its delicious. And it makes a TON lol.. As far as calories? I haven't quite figured it out yet.. but with that much crushed ice lol It can't be very much. It tricks me into thinking I have a chocolate shake!
