I recently started keeping track of everything I ate in a journal. It was working..but it gets annoying after a while ..because I really didn't know the exact calories ect. So I remembered Sparkpeople. I used to use the Sparkpeople website a couple of years ago and really enjoyed all the free tools. Below is a sample of what I ate today... lol I love it though because it really customizes how many calories you should have.. and its cool to see how to eat in those boundaries.
