Added Measurements: Pecs and Ribs
We just added the measurements of the pecs and ribs to the 60-Day Challenge. T-Tappers seem to lose a lot in those areas and have been asking us to include them in the Challenge this year. So we have!
Here's a visual reminder to help you with measurements:
For accuracy take your measurements in the morning before breakfast.
- Bust/Chest: fullest part of the bust/chest
- just above the bust/chest line :
- Ribs: top of the rib cage just below the bust/chest line
- Waist: at or slightly above the navel
- Abdomen: three inches below navel in line with hip bones or hip pads
- Hips: tighten buns and measure fullest part of butt
- Right/Left Upper Thighs: just below butt cheek
- Right/Left Lower Thighs: two inches above kneecap
- Right/Left Calves: at fullest point
- Right/Left Upper Arms: below deltoid (shoulder) muscle, three to four inches from armpit center
