No More Drips or Leaks!

No one wants to have a plumber on speed dial. The thought of the toilet overflowing, the pipes bursting or freezing, or the sink faucet soaking the ceiling with its own 'Old Faithful'. One drip left unattended could cost thousands of dollars. And most of the times we try and fix it ourselves, however, we all know where that usually leads. Knowing a good plumber is a necessity. I would rather have a plumber that I can trust, who charges me what he quotes, shows up and finishes the work..then to wait until I have a catastrophe on my hands and have to point and dial! Most of the time, for me, when trying to find a doctor, or dentist, or plumber it a blink feat. I get the phone book out and basically try and find the most professional looking ad. I would much rather have a point of reference or some kind of referral.

It's important to shop around.. Ask questions... Read testimonials... Referrals are always the best way to go, I think! If you live in Nashville, you don't have to shop around anymore! There is a Plumbing company that specializes in friendly, and reliable service. Just surf around the Nashville Plumber site and fill out the contact form. Most importantly, they offer high quality at low prices!

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
