My Question:

What is ONE thing that YOU

do(on a regular basis)..that you can't stand? lol

My Answer:

I am constantly forgetting loads in the washing machine. I end up rewashing sometimes 3 times UGH! I get so mad at myself every time lol And there is the fact I put off exercise constantly lol But that's another story! :)

Mopping the floors. I put it off as much as possible, but with a one year old crawling / walking/ and now dragging her blanket all the time, it definitely needs to get done at LEAST once a week. I always do feel better once it's done.

Driving to work! I enjoy my job and the folks I work with but my commute per day is 3-3.5 hours.....ARG!!

I think I have a sinus problem, or maybe allergies. If I don't consciously try not to, I tend to sniff a lot. When I use my netti pot, it's not as bad.

I leave the dog food sitting on the counter and forget to put it away. I've done that so many times I can't even count :(

Mopping! I hate it. I don't really like any cleaning but that to me is not a fun one. Oh I have to go become a Fan on your page there!

From time to time I will forget to put something back in the refrigerator and need to toss it since it has been sitting out to long. Of course another thing is forget to take something out of the freezer for dinner.

I do the same thing with laundry! I also set unreasonable goals, like "Get up at 6:30am and go on a run, then clean the house before noon and make an elaborate dinner." (Maybe that's exaggerating a little.) Then, even though I know I can't really do all that, I feel like I failed!

Exercise for sure. But, now with school being in session, I am getting bad about putting off school work or starting and getting sidetracked (darn Twitter!).

I find mildewey clothes in the wash all the time LMBO! I wish I could stay on top of it too....ugh that is so annoying (and wastful) I hate it!

Yeah.... I am not the only person who does this with her laundry. I do this a lot and get so mad at myself. I try to justify it by saying the kids clothes are really dirty and a second was would do them good. LOL...

I go to bed later than I mean to. I normally get at least 6 hours of sleep but would really prefer 8.

let's see... just ONE thing? haha um... yeah, having to sniffle or blow my nose...seasonal allergies....sometimes seem to happen with every season!

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
