The Bloggest Loser Update:
This last week.. has been so much better than the previous weeks! I finally clicked with my Carb diet grrr.. lol The cravings are gone! Woo hooo! Took me a week this time for the desire of sugar and carbs for breakfast..to fade.
I exercised a few times. But that is my goal this week. Since the diet is in control now.. it's full force on the exercise. My goal this week is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise completed each day. I have no excuses. With an exercise room, and exercise dvds.. well I just can't make any excuses about WHY I can't or (won't)!
I lost a couple of pounds this last week.. but it's kind of dumb because a couple of weeks ago I gained a few because I was doing so poorly on my diet.. so these newly lost pounds I count but I don't lol :)
