Their site is pretty easy to navigate! I love that as soon as you click on the site all the comparison web hosting companies are right there. No searching needed! Check them out!

The Bloggest Loser Sunday Update!

Is it that time already? Well, this week has been up and down. I exercised a few times, half way followed my diet. I think what I really need is a change of schedule and pace. A couple of mornings this last week, I woke up pretty early and exercised. Early morning and night is the best time for me to get a workout in.

I had eggs and coffee every morning this week..and a couple of lunches I had Tuna. However, I will say my greatest struggle is between 2 and 5pm! I can hardly take it lol It's like this voice whispering to me from the kitchen. I know I can overcome this part. I have so many times before...

I really need to focus!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no good news to report as far as the scale.. in fact when I stood on it this morning, I nearly chucked it out the window! Surely it's malfunctioning!!!! GRRR

I think I am going to try the Biggest Loser 6 week DVD exercise challenge! I just finished "watching" the DVD while I was riding the stationary bike. The DVD is definitely something I can do during the day with my kids playing around me.

My youngest brother was married this last week.. and I suddenly felt my age! I am tired of feeling tired..and rolling out of bed. lol Time to make a change. Calories in and Calories Out!

The Bloggest Loser - Take 2

OKAY KRIS I HEAR YOU LOL :)

I am joining in on the Bloggest Loser "Contest" for the 2nd time! lol However, it's bigger and better this time..and I think the new website design is a motivation all in itself! So since I am just starting out FRESH..ugh.. I cannot say this last week has been good by any means.. We are talking OREOS, Ice Cream, Pizza, Oh I had a peach, hmm, anyway.. 1 exercise.. and that's it.. and to my severe disappointment I didn't lose any weight watching the 2 hour Biggest Loser last Tuesday! GRRR..

Sooooooooooo! Here we go.. Tomorrow morning starts my carb or lack of eating regiment, and I will begin my exercises tonight!

I was watching a show earlier today called "The Colony". At first, I couldn't figure out what in the world was the point of this 'reality' show! So of course I had to run to my computer and look it up. Basically, the show was designed to see how humans would react in case of a major catastrophe. They were assigned all kinds of tasks of survival. I started thinking..what would we do if our water went out..or we lost our electricity?! There are so many things we can today to prepare ourselves for any emergency.

I LOVE fish tanks! Well, I like the fish too! lol I remember having a fish many years ago, as a single woman, and because I wasn't quite sure how to take care of my Oscar fish it grew so big..and I swear it grew fangs in the night! I wish I would of known how to properly care for my fish, and what type of tank was best.
