Green Tea +Weight Loss Review and Giveaway! You'll want to read this one!


I have been struggling with my weight for a number of years, and after two pregnancies I gained even more weight.  This blog was originally created to help me journal my weight loss journey, and I actually lost weight during that first year.  But like most I gained it back plus some.

A couple of weeks ago, Delta Labs asked me to review a natural weight loss supplement that they had created, Green Tea Plus.  So of course I jumped at the chance.  After trying everything known to man.. I am more than willing to try a naturally safe weight loss aid.

What Green Tea Plus Can Do..

My first week.. I really didn't change a thing with my diet or exercise.  But the first 24 hours of taking the capsules I noticed a fullness.  My cravings weren't as crazy.  However, I did not lose any weight.  I wasn't really in to it completely.  So after watching a couple of weight loss shows on TV..and gleaning some new hints and understand of nutrition, I decided to give the Green Tea plus weight loss supplement another chance.

I started last Saturday, changing my diet.  Minimal exercise.  And taking 2 capsules once a day with a meal.  I didn't really expect much results.  But I was hopeful.

What are my results in the first 7 days? 

10 LBS  lost.  


I know I cannot believe it.  Even this morning when I weighed.  I was down my tenth pound...I honestly wanted to cry.  Is this a magic diet?  No..  You have to change your life, but what I LOVE about the Green Tea plus is that it helps curb those cravings and create a fullness.  So often I return to the pantry or the frig..starring looking for something.  And usually I find something to eat.  Am I really hungry?  No.  But I want it so I eat it.  Hence the calories and the weight gain.

Adding the Green Tea Plus to your diet is a slight adjustment.  You have to make sure you do eat enough calories.  Because for me, the Green Tea Plus adds such a fullness and aversion to foods I would normally wolf down, I am very conscious to eat around 1,500 calories a day.


Everyone will have different results.  I can't tell you how many pounds you will lose.  However, in a way its science with a dose of common sense.  If the Green Tea Plus helps curb your appetite therefore causing you to not gorge on thousands of calories a day, then naturally your body will start to let go of the fat.

My goal for this month was 20 lb loss, and now I only have 10 more to hit that goal!  What an awesome product, and one that I would recommend.

After burning the phone lines to my family, I have 3 sisters convinced to start the product and my Mother. :)

Of course, it is always best to check with your doctor when trying anything new.  Specially if you have any type of physical issues or limitations.

I would like to lose only about 10lbs - but those pounds have been SO stubborn! :S Maybe this will help curb my cravings; I really don't want to go the 'diet drug' route!

I am always stuggling with my weight loss since turning the big 30. I watch my sodium intake and eat more fresh vegetables nnad fruit.

A little about me...



It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
