They often tell you having children changes everything.  Most of us don't really understand or internalize this wisdom.  But it's true.  Of course having children is the most wonderful privilege and blessing from the Lord.  Things change.  Date nights dwindle.  Backpacking across the Himalayas -out. (Okay maybe that wasn't on my list).  And as a mother we tend to put ourselves last.  Bye bye spas.  We are lucky to get our showers everyday.

What Did I Think?

For the last couple of months I have been making it a point to exercise everyday, a couple of times a day.  No one wants to have stinky sweaty feet anytime.  What I love about the Kanshi Foot Spray is that after I exercise, I just have to peel off my socks, spray my feet let them dry.  My feet start thanking me immediately as they feel dry and refreshed.  I love the minty, lemony sent of the spray.  The consistency is similar to that of water.. which speaks to it's natural ingredients.

Last night my feet hurt so bad after walking on the treadmill for 66 minutes.  After using the spray.. my feet just felt better.  Of course I can't feel the "improving of the circulation" from the Horse Chestnut ingredient but knowing that it promotes good circulation is awesome. Good circulation improves our health overall.

This product is not gender specific.  And that makes me happy!  I love when my husband is willing to try a new product that I know will make him feel better!  I think the bottle alone being a brown color made him feel a little less feminine!  After his hard day at work, and his long drive home, using the Kanshi spray is a nice option for him to relieve his aching feet, and foot odor.
