Healthy Eyes Framed in the Newest Fashions!

In my journey to be healthy, I have had so many ups and downs.  Losing weight.. gaining weight..and  losing weight.  It's hard to look at the process of getting healthy in a fun way.  Because it all seems like work.  One thing that helps me, is trying to put a positive spin or a reward for all my hard work.  With weight loss, comes new clothes.  With Dentist visits, I remind myself that when my teeth look better, therefore I feel better.  Even with eyeglasses.  It shouldn't be embarrassing or a fashion faux pas to wear glasses, when there are so many amazing frames to choose from.  ZENNI Optical makes it possible to wear modern affordable prescription glasses.

My husband wears glasses.  He has them for work, for home.  It's an accessory that you can be proud to show. It really amazes me how the right frame, color can change a person's face and all around appearance.  So is going to the eye doctor fun? Not always, but the reward is worth it.  Healthy eyes, and fashionable eye glasses. ZENNI has the coolest feature on their site to "try on" the eyeglasses.  You can pick a face shape or upload your own picture, pick a frame you want to try on.  This feature gives you an idea of what the glasses would look like on your face.  Give ZENNI Optical a glance, and see if you can't be tempted with their amazing selection and prices for prescription eyeglasses starting as low as $6.95.

With the Holidays coming up, don't lose sight of being healthy!

A little about me...

It is that time again!!!! I am thinking of attempting to lose weight for the 100 millionth time. haha. This time I know it will work :)

In November of 2007, I gave birth to my second child, a C-Section. Not only did that put me back physically, but I also developed high blood pressure. I am only 29. Talk about discouraging.

I started gaining weight in highschool. Seems to have followed me everywhere. My ultimate goal is to lose 120 lbs but I'll settle for 10 right now. haha.

There is absolutely no reason why I cannot succeed in this weight loss endeavor. I have exercise equipment. I guess that means I have to use it. Also, I am going to attempt the Carbohydrates Addict Diet. I have had some success with this in the past.

So I am thinking, with putting my progress out for the world to see.. it will force me to make the right choices. Let's hope!! Feel free to comment on anything or tell your story. It's always encouraging to hear about others successes. Join me on this weight loss journey...
